I'll never get tired of seeing people achieve their goals. Helping people get stronger, fitter, faster, leaner and more skilful is a delight and privilege that makes this job so rewarding. The other benefits of more confidence, reduced anxiety, increased wellness and many more that come with a healthy lifestyle are things that I enjoy myself and love to pass on to others.
As a boy I became interested in fitness. I saved up and bought my own weights and bench and scoured books and magazines to learn whatever I could about training techniques and nutrition.
5 years ago I decided to make fitness my profession and to become a personal trainer. Since then I have qualified as a level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer, level 4 strength and conditioning coach, I have also got level 2 understanding nutrition and health as well as achieving 2nd Dan black belt in kickboxing.
