WILL RESISTANCE TRAINING (USING WEIGHTS ETC.) MAKE ME BULKY?

No, to build muscle takes sustained effort and eating and won't happen by accident. You will strengthen your muscles improving your health, posture, bone health and reducing your chances or certain injuries.

WHAT EQUIPMENT TO I NEED?

Depending on your goals the type of equipment will vary. It's possible to get a good workout with bodyweight and things around the house so you can start with very little and consider buying bits as you go along.

CAN I DO IT?

Each session is tailored specifically to the individual. Lots of feedback is encouraged to ensure training is done at the right level for your goals and abilities. Many restrictions can be worked around for example exercises can be done seated. I work closely with a sports therapist to receive the most up to date, relevant information for each person.
